 ed by Jessica Shortall.\n\n\nAbout Jessica:\n\nJessica Shortall started he
 r adult life as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Uzbekistan and hasn't stopped s
 earching for ways to change the world since\, across the non-profit and fo
 r-profit landscapes. In the early 2000s\, she co-founded and franchised Th
 e Campus Kitchens Project\, a non-profit organization that is now active i
 n more than 40 communities. \n\nIn 2006\, Jessica received an MBA with hon
 ors from the University of Oxford\, as a Skoll Scholar in Social Entrepren
 eurship. She went on to spend three years in London\, providing consulting
  services to social entrepreneurs before taking the role as the first Dire
 ctor of Giving and Social Innovation at TOMS Shoes.  While at TOMS\, Jessi
 ca helped to build and implement the now-iconic One for One giving program
  that\, to date\, has provided more than 50 million children in need with 
 new shoes\, and has supported sustainable eye care for patients around the
  world. Jessica is a published author and TEDx speaker.
