  • Associate Director of Operations

    Position Summary: The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Leadership Lincoln, ensuring organizational effectiveness and supporting the delivery of its leadership programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role focuses on operational management, program support, and volunteer coordination.

    Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Management:
    o Oversee day-to-day office operations, including systems, processes, and administrative functions.
    o Manage organizational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
    o Support logistical planning for program days, events, and meetings.

    2. Program Support:
    o Collaborate with the Programs Coordinator to ensure seamless program delivery.
    o Assist in evaluating program outcomes and maintaining participant satisfaction.
    o Provide operational support for program recruitment and marketing efforts.

    3. Volunteer Coordination:
    o Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and committee members.
    o Build relationships with alumni and community members to enhance engagement.

    4. Supervision:
    o Supervise administrative staff and interns.
    o Assist in staff development and training initiatives.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Experience in operations management or nonprofit administration.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a collaborative team environment.

  • Program Coordinator

    Position Summary: The Program Coordinator oversees and executes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Leadership Lincoln’s core leadership programs: Executive, Flagship (Fellows), and Youth cohorts. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is critical to delivering high-quality, mission-aligned programming.

    Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Program Development and Delivery:
    o Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership programs for youth and adults.
    o Develop and update curriculum and training materials aligned with Leadership Lincoln’s mission.
    o Evaluate program outcomes and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

    2. Logistics and Operations:
    o Organize program days, including securing speakers, venues, and materials.
    o Coordinate with the Associate Director on logistics and program support.
    o Maintain accurate records and databases related to program participants and alumni.

    3. Community Engagement:
    o Foster relationships with participants, alumni, and community partners.
    o Identify and promote opportunities for program participants to serve the community.
    o Represent Leadership Lincoln at community events as needed.

    4. Volunteer Coordination:
    o Recruit and train volunteers to support program activities.
    o Collaborate with program chairs and committees to ensure successful program execution.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Experience in program coordination or facilitation, ideally in leadership development or education.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
