Leadership Lincoln 2024-2025 Adult Application
Leadership Lincoln develops strong leaders for a stronger Lincoln. We engage and connect individuals from diverse backgrounds by equipping them with impactful opportunities to deepen their awareness, knowledge, and skills related to leadership to better serve our community. It’s about more than just networking – it’s about creating real, meaningful change.

- You serve in a leadership role at your place of work, within a volunteer organization or are a community volunteer of influence within the community.

Intended Program Outcomes
Community Insight: Dive deep into the heart of our community by exploring its history, understanding pivotal challenges, and recognizing its strengths today. Reflect on what this means for the path ahead and how you can play a part in shaping its future.
Networking and Connections: Open doors to meaningful connections by bringing together a diverse range of leaders. Foster lasting relationships that benefit both personal growth and professional development. Engage directly with Lincoln’s local leaders, policymakers, and change agents.
Engaged Citizenship: Cultivate a mindset and skill set geared towards active, informed participation in civic life. Encourage attitudes and actions that lead to ongoing engagement and a lasting impact on our community.
WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Flagship (Fellows/Advocates)
The Flagship Program (Fellows and Advocates) brings together a set of diverse community leaders who are seeking to increase their contribution to Lincoln’s growth and resilience. Throughout the program these participants expand their leadership horizon & gain awareness and skills that transcend the boundaries of their current role. Application is due April 1, 2024. 2024-2025 IMPORTANT DATES & REQUIREMENTS
Attendance Policy: You are allowed a total of 16 hours of absence during the program year. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or leave early on any of the session days, you will be assessed a half-day absence (4 hours). If you miss any days in their entirety, you will be assessed a one-day absence (8 hours). Socials are optional.
Prework: Attend at least 2 of the pre-seminar site visits
Other: You will have the opportunity to join affinity groups for additional debriefs and content.

Understanding the importance of accessibility and inclusion, scholarships are generously provided by members of the community. These scholarships are aimed at ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder passionate and deserving individuals from participating in this transformative program.
