Feel like a dodo when you hear the word EaDo? Join us for Leadership Lincoln's Hot Topics discussion to hear about a proposal to redevelop an area near 21st and N streets.

EaDo is part of the Telegraph District, about 20 acres near 21st and N Streets, that includes property once associated with the former Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Co. Speedway Properties and Nelnet have proposed apartments, row houses and an employment center in the area. A part of the development will re-purpose existing historic or usable structures; there will also be new construction in the area. The target market is young professionals.

Speakers:
Ben Kiser--Nelnet, Inc.
Clay Smith--Speedway Properties
Dr. Ed Zimmer--City of Lincoln, Lincoln Lancaster County Planning Department
