Flagship Program

The Leadership Lincoln Flagship Program is a premier community leadership experience designed to equip emerging and established leaders with the insight, relationships, and skills necessary to strengthen our community.

For the 2026–2027 program year, Leadership Lincoln will offer two Flagship cohorts. Each cohort will experience the same curriculum, speakers, and community immersion days to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience. Participants will be assigned to one of two cohorts, allowing for balanced representation across sectors, industries, and lived experiences. Throughout the program year, participants will:

  • Engage in issue-focused program days exploring key sectors that shape our community
  • Build meaningful cross-sector relationships
  • Strengthen personal leadership capacity and self-awareness
  • Examine systems, governance, and civic processes
  • Develop the confidence and clarity to serve in impactful community roles

The cohort model fosters trust, dialogue, and collaboration, creating space for candid conversation and long-term connection. By the end of the program year, participants will join a dynamic alumni network committed to continued civic engagement and leadership across Lincoln.
