Our Lincoln community gathered for the 2025 State of the City, where Executive Director Mick Hale shared updates from Leadership Lincoln and introduced our newest staff members. Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird delivered her annual address, outlining key initiatives for the year ahead and affirming that “the state of the city is strong.”

It was a meaningful moment to reflect on where Lincoln is headed and the people working every day to move our community forward.
